IMPORTANT
You must provide us with a good quality file ready to print. In the case of the Business Card with Spot UV, the arts must contain an additional mask that will allow the “UV Spot” to be made.
COLOR
We print the file sent to the highest possible accuracy, but it is likely that the color seen on your monitor may change and these are not observed exactly on your product. (Different computer monitors show the tones in different ways)
PRODUCTION TIME
It is an date estimate, and will begin to count once the art is in its final version, authorized by you.
DESIGN
When choosing the option “I need a design”, our team of designers will proceed to elaborate the requested product with the indications and specifications that you provide in the respective form.
When you select “I´m going to upload a design”, we will only download the art and we will review it, if any size adjustment, typographic font, etc. is required, we will inform you through an email and we will wait for your comments or approval.
The designers of Miami Print Shop, are not authorized to make changes. Changes can be made when the client requests it by email.
SILK LAMINATED WITH SPOT UV
In the case of the Business Card with Spot UV, the arts must contain an additional mask that allows the creation of the “UV Spot”.
That additional mask should contain the image you want to highlight with the UV SPot in 100% black color (K 100%).
In case you can not do it, choose the “I need a design” option before you finish paying for business cards. If I already made the payment of the business cards and did not choose “I need a design”, go to the Graphic Design section, and choose the option Graphic Design Basic, and select Spot UV. Pay and send us the file in which you wish to make said mask. Once we receive this art, we will make the adjustments and send the final file to your email for approval and subsequent printing.
PRODUCTION
We only process the instructions that customers provide us when choosing and paying for the product or service.
