You must provide us with a good quality file ready to print.
COLOR
We print the file sent to the highest possible accuracy, but it is likely that the color seen on your monitor may change and these are not observed exactly on your product. (Different computer monitors show the tones in different ways)
DESIGN
When choosing the option “I need a design”, our team of designers will proceed to elaborate the requested product with the indications and specifications that you provide in the respective form.
When you select “I’m going to upload a design,” you must finish the process and add to cart. Then you must check your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. On the Checkout page you will see 2 buttons to upload your files. Once loaded, continue your payment process so that we can receive the arts to print. We will only download the art and we will review it, if a size adjustment, font, etc. is required, we will inform you through an email and we will wait. for your comments or approval.
The designers of Miami Print Shop, are not authorized to make changes. Changes can be made when the client requests it by email.
PRODUCTION
We only process the instructions that customers provide us when choosing and paying for the product or service.
PRODUCTION TIME
It is an date estimate, and will begin to count once the art is in its final version, authorized by you.
